Our leadership training, coaching and facilitated group programs are designed with the participant's and organisation's needs in mind. We calibrate our courses to fit the level of experience and inherent knowledge of each client. 


We can structure our courses to be stand alone events that fit into your training plan and/or work with you to create a transformational process to help lead knowledge to translate to shifts in mindsets and behaviour.

Research, by the Personnel Management Association showed that when training is combined with coaching, individuals increase their productivity by an average of 86% compared to 22% with training alone.

Leadership coaching unlocks a leader's potential to maximise his or her own performance. It helps them learn faster because it is tailored to them and their situation.

One on one or group coaching for senior leaders or high potential emerging leaders is available from our International Coaching Federation accredited coaches. Each with thousands of hours of coaching experience.

We have 3 levels of leadership coaching packages:

1. Emerging Leadership Coaching

For the newer leader who is wanting to get ready to lead or who has been promoted within the last 2 years. 

2. Senior and Executive Leadership Coaching

This service is about helping experienced and competent leaders who either are aware of an area they want to develop further or want to accelerate their development and capacity overall. 

3. Leadership Team Coaching

Leadership Team coaching is for a leadership team which wants to learn how to be more productive together. Things don't need to be bad for a team to engage in leadership team coaching, you just need to know that things could be better, there is room for improvement.

For the leader who has a team or teams they are leading and they want to learn how to create high performing teams. Great for middle managers and others who have to learn to be more strategic, increase their ability to influence others and have one or two areas they have identified which they want to improve in.

This program is designed to give people the mindsets that lead to successful self-leadership.

It is unsettling to me that many organisations are still looking to capture the perfect leadership competency and development model. The expectation is that the right skills can be developed for the right situation.

Many people are operating under the belief that the right skills help leaders execute the plan. Like all things, there is some truth to this notion. But, there are contradictions for every situation. A move that was logical yesterday might be illogical today as a result of rapid change. Consistent leadership practices are only valuable in consistent climates, which is virtually non-existent today.

For today's leaders, mindset development must come before skill-set development. We all operate with certain mindsets. These mindsets will determine where we focus, the questions we ask, and the way we perform activities. We are generally unaware of how our mindsets are impacting us and how it impacts our results.

How to Influence Others

Leadership is all about influence. Whoever is the most influential in a room is actually the leader at the time. This training program is designed to challenge participants to think with different perspectives and consider responding to others differently by implementing different language techniques and skills and learning how to influence people. It explores the similarities and differences in people.

A powerful influencer and persuader can navigate a person in a direction (towards the light) and both parties will be committed to the finish. This program will give you an insight into other people's decision making styles and thinking styles.

By the end of the program participants will learn the skills to:

  • Create individual action plans to develop individual persuasive techniques

PROCESS AND WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Initial 2 hour coaching meeting to set objectives and goals for the coaching
  • Meet fortnightly or monthly - as appropriate for the phase of coaching needs of the leader, and availability
  • Conduct an informal 360 feedback with key stakeholders, if the leader desires to get feedback to help them create their coaching        goals (additional cost)
  • Coachee will often have "homeplay" assignments to complete between coaching sessions
  • Evaluate change progress

Your emerging leader coaching package includes six 1-hour leadership development-coaching sessions. These can be held over the phone, on Skype or face to face in Melbourne. These are usually held every two weeks but can be customised to suit your requirements and personal preference
